These are the dates for Wool Pools in 2013.

Somerset:

First or second week in June (date not yet firm). Pooling location Growmark FS, Somerset, Pa (route 601 north). All                   producers welcome. Contracted with MidStates Wool Growers. Contact: Jim Sheeder  (814) 443-3017

 Northeast area:

June 18, 2013 (Tuesday), 11:00 AM – Roulette, PA, Roy Thompson – 814-274-7430 @ Johnson’s Excavating 

                           Garage, Interstate 80 to Route 219 North.  Route 219 North to Route 6 East.  Route 6   through 

                           Port Allegheny to Roulette intersection.

June 18, 2013 (Tuesday)  2:00 PM – Whitneyville, PA, Don Norman – 570-324-3562, 570-447-4038 cell

                           @ Tioga County Fairgrounds  Route 6 East of Wellsboro, PA.  Go past Lewis Mobile Homes, take 

                            2^nd left, go North to first intersection, turn left.  Use the first driveway into the fairgrounds.

June 18, 2013 (Tuesday) 5:00 PM – Troy, PA, West on Route 6 through Troy.  Route 14 & 16 run together, then 

                         take Route 14 North.  The pickup spot if on the left at that intersection.

                       DeLong County Fairgrounds, 2628 Broadway Rd, Danville, PA. Route 6 west to Towanda.  220 west 

                       to Hughesville.  405 south to Muncy.  180 south or east to Route 54 South.  About 8 – 10 miles you will 

                       see a power plant on the left.  Continue on to Washingtonville.  Go to Route 254.  Turn right and go 

                       about ¼ mile to the fairgrounds.

East Central area:

The Berks County Sheep & Wool Growers will hold their 2013 wool pool over two days as follows.

June 28, 2013 (Friday)  from 3 P.M. until 7 P.M. at the Romano 4-H Center, Honeybrook, PA, Chester County  

June 29, 2013 (Saturday) from 8 A.M. until 12 Noon at the Reading Fairgrounds, Bern Township , Berks County

Northwest area:
